Pool Steel Helper: 4 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/24-09/30/24.

　　Employer: Beauty Pools, Inc. 2000 Commerce Pkwy Lancaster NY 14086.

　　Duties: Assist with installation of inground pools and spas. Help unload steel and tools at the job site. Assist in the bending and cutting of rebar for the framework of the pool, as well as assist in the priming and gluing of PVC pipe for the rough plumbing of the pool pipes.

　　Employer to provide transportation to worksites in Erie County from designated pickup location: 2000 Commerce Pkwy Lancaster NY 14086.

　　No education or experience required. Must be able to lift 80 lbs.

　　Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-6pm, 50 hours/week. $19.03-$20.49/hour. OT at $28.55-30-47/hour. Saturday work required when necessary. Bonuses/raises may be paid at employer's discretion based on performance, skill, tenure.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　Employer will assist workers with securing housing, but employer will not provide housing.

　　Post-accident drug testing paid for by employer.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
