International Brand Marketing Manager VIAJP00001243 A leading digital streaming network is seeking an International Brand Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will help grow brand awareness and consideration internationally of our streaming service. Reporting temporarily to the VP of International Marketing while the Sr. The director of International Brand Marketing is on maternity leave, this role on the streaming marketing team will help define and execute our international brand marketing strategy across all its territories. The ideal candidate is familiar with data management and data science to consume data, passionate about measuring performance, and understanding what drives consumer behavior with the experience to turn those learnings into action. International Brand Marketing Manager Pay and Benefits: * Hourly pay: $65/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (New York, NY 10036, Hybrid - Must be onsite likely a couple of days/month on average for meetings) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 7 Month Assignment International Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities: * Focus on international marketing strategy, and maintain the existing processes and meetings involved with those processes. * Collaborate across departments and teams to ensure all are aligned in order to execute the marketing strategy and project that is being launched. * Work with 7 different markets and communicate regularly with different market teams through collaboration. * Support full end-to-end content marketing strategies across brands; for top to mid of the funnel/brand metrics improvement and low funnel/growth performances based on rapid experimentation and validated learning. * Work to ensure the right execution of a global strategy but also to strengthen our global brand approach and positioning. * Manage innovative brand and content campaigns that can be optimized and adapted across all international territories including current and new launch markets. * Support with all aspects of marketing strategy development, building the plan, campaign briefing, execution, post-launch analysis. * Coordinate and consolidate efforts across cross-functional international marketing teams to ensure 360-approach to campaigns in support of customer acquisition, engagement and retention efforts. * Work alongside the central Creative Team and agencies on the development of all campaign assets and support key stakeholders. * Drive cohesion and alignment of content and brand initiatives across all international territories and among cross-functional teams via local, international and global agenda-driven marketing meetings. * Use data and insights to inform brand strategies and campaigns while delivering measurable brand and performance metrics. * Implement, and enforce brand identity, positioning and usage guidelines to ensure consistency across all territories through marketing communications (brand and verbal identity). * Manage brand marketing budgets for international. International Brand Marketing Manager Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a proven track record of managing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Experience in entertainment, media/tech industry, or streaming and digital environments. * International experience is a plus. * Experience working in brand and content in a high-volume, fast-paced environment collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as internal and external partners. * Experience working at an international level (across multiple geographic markets) in a matrixed consumer or content-based business is a plus. * Experience in cross-platform marketing, performance media, and/or overall marketing distribution partnership. * Experience in handling marketing budgets in co-operation with external agencies. * A clear understanding of the Streaming market and future trends. * Excellent data analysis and data-based decision-making skills * Strong written and oral communication skills * Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery * Creative problem-solving ability. Shift: * From 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Availability to adjust the schedule and join some meetings with Europe starting at 8:30 am Eastern Time office hours.
