Perform daily job hazard evaluations.Service, diagnose, gas, electric and tankless water heatersBackflow Preventer Installations, Repair and CertificationVideo inspection for leaks detection and repairIce machine replacement, service, and sanitationKnowledge of line freezing services and machineryPerform the installation, inspection, maintenance, service, and repair of all plumbing systems including, but not limited to, valves, sinks, faucets, drinking fountains, water jetting, trenching, floor/roof drains, and all associated pipingMaintain equipment by inspecting for signs of wear, scheduling and completing preventive maintenance workMaintain vehicles by keeping record of service manuals, scheduling and completing repair and maintenance servicesWork with various Service Department employees to prepare for on-site installations and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.Identifies, analyzes, and repairs equipment at customers locationsReads blueprints or engineering specificationsUses a variety of hand tools, power tools and computer softwarePresent options to customers in a clear and concise manner[The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, but candidates who do not meet all of these, but are looking for their next career opportunity and enjoy learning are encouraged to apply still.]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}
