A community support specialist is someone who provides assistance and support to individuals in a community. A CSS will help clients build skills, enhance their problem-solving ability, contribute to home life, and enhance community engagement.  Job Type: (PART TIME) $23.00 per hr. / Up to 50 hours per month. Location: Steilacoom, WA  The Ideal Candidate:  We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a keen ability to identify strengths in others. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, a good listener, and has an understanding of the complex lifelong needs of persons with traumatic brain injury and the challenges they face.  An ideal candidate is someone who can work with considerable independence.
