Primary Responsibilities: TalentSourcing: Identify and proactively source potential candidates throughvarious channels, including referrals, job boards, social media,networking, and industry and campus events. Build and maintain apipeline of high-quality engineering, scientist, professional candidatesfor current and future job openings. Candidate Screening and Assessment:Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates\' technicalskills, experience, and cultural fit, and make recommendations to hiringteams. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience bymaintaining open and timely communication with candidates, while being aFoth brand ambassador. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stayinformed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiringpractices to make data-driven recommendations. Employer Branding:Contribute to enhancing the company\'s employer brand by highlightingthe firm\'s strengths and culture through job postings, social mediaposts, etc. Work collaboratively with the corporate Marketing team ontalent branding related efforts, including targeted advertisingcampaigns, career site, social media campaigns, etc. Collaboration withHiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technicalteams to understand their specific talent needs and requirements.Provide guidance and training on best practices for interviewing andselection. Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with allapplicable employment laws and regulations. Promote inclusion in thehiring process and actively seek a diverse candidate pool. ContinuousImprovement: Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process,such as implementing new tools or strategies.Required Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in related field or combination of post-high schooleducation and additional related experience.
