　　Eaton Corporation has an opening for a Quality Manager who will be based in Bosconero Valve Plant (TO).

　　This position is responsible for leading the execution and deployment of the defined Strategic Quality Plan in conjunction with plant leadership. Provides Total Quality Leadership to customers, suppliers, partners and internal manufacturing cells. Supports continuous improvement activities in targeted areas. Manages the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements.

　　What you'll do:

　　Establish and implement plant quality system in conjunction with IATF16949 standard and lead the activities of the Quality Department in accordance to Corporate policies and Group/Regional/Divisional procedures;Implement systems and processes that deliver improvement toward 100% conformance to customer requirementsDrive metrics related to IATF 16949, EQMS and customer requirements to evaluate performance Drive reduction in variability/defects in business processes (Cost of Quality)Oversight and review of ProLaunch/APQP quality activities and documentationAnalyze, review and development of functional competencies for Quality departmentBuild relationship with regional, divisional and corporate resources in order to support identification, review, prioritization and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects to drive resultsActing as Production Safety & Regulatory Officer

　　Qualifications:

　　Experience with the deployment of Eaton's EQS process, EQS Assessor, Certified Lead AuditorMaster Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.), From 5 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Companies in similar rolesExperience with the deployment of Eaton's EQS process, EQS Assessor, Certified Lead AuditorKnowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO-9001and IATF-16949

　　Ability to drive results in the area of Quality, continuous improvement, etc.Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods, approaches and tools, including judicious management and project management.In-depth experience with the practical application of Quality tools, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Ability to work in a matrix environment, get results and drive change through othersAbility to learn customers' Quality requirements and drive process improvementsEffective oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organizational skillsAbility to manage by influence through solid relationships and process focus
