JOB REQUIREMENTS: Plant Manager, Engineering (McCain Foods USA Inc.)(Appleton WI): Develop, plan, and execute plants\' capital plan inpartnership with all other plant departments (warehouse, maintenance,production, quality) and associated contractors and consultants;Responsible for Contractor Safety Management process for the entireplant; Plan, manage, and lead projects to completion, manage project tocost constraints, develop realistic cost savings associated withprojects, track cost savings effectiveness for two years, identify andanalyze trends in technology, and confer and collaborate with othermembers of management; Develop procedures for new assets orinfrastructure changes; Maintain the buildings and grounds to Companystandards and those specified by auditing agencies; Plan and execute thecapital, building, and grounds department budget, analyze variances andinitiate corrective action; Manage obsolete equipment inventory;Supervise, motivate, train, and discipline building and groundsemployees according to company policies; Maintain professional andtechnical knowledge by attending education workshops, reviewingprofessional publications, establishing personal networks, andparticipating in professional organizations; and Other duties asassigned. Must have the following skills and experience in order tocomplete the above-mentioned tasks: Experience working in a plantenvironment; Understanding of process and cost improvement engineering;Knowledge of utility systems including refrigeration, steam, water andwastewater; Experience in a food processing operations environment;Experience tracking and analyzing key performance indicators; Experienceimproving the cost per pound of products through volume improvements,waste minimization, labor utilization, and ingredient/supply usageoptimization while ensuring product quality; Experience reviewing andinterpreting management concerns and periodic reports; Experiencemaintaining departmental expense to budget; Knowledge and experiencewith plant sanitation, ensuring a clean work environment in accordancewith federal, state and independent standards; Experience in problemsolving and root cause analysis; and Experience with reports systems(SAP, SPC, WMS, Intelex, iAuditor). Requires a Bachelor\'s degree orforeign equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relatedfield and at least two (2) years of experience as an Engineer or relatedoccupation.
