About Manager Sustainability - Brazil & South Cone

  Position Overview:

  Support the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of Sustainability Strategy and Plans in the South Zone countries (Argentina, Bolívia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay), with special focus on the Circular Economy, Water and Economic Empowerment agendas.

  Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  Supports Sustainability Area to ensure compliance of Sustainability Strategy (Circular Economy, Water, Sustainable Agriculture, Climate & Economic Empowerment) at South Zone countries (Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay), in line with LA OU Sustainability guidelines.

  Articulate and engage both internal and external stakeholders and organizations (such as NGOs, communities, companies, startups, governments) to design and implement succesfully the Sustainability projects and initiatives algined with the main themes and priorities.

  Create and/or improve medium and long-term plans and projects related to our main Sustainability themes (Circular Economy, Water and Economic Empowerment) so that each country can achieve their goals and commitments by 2030.

  Implement, create and/or improve processes, routines, tools and dashboards to track and monitors the Sustainability projects and KPI´s at South Zone level;

  Provide support to Sustainability Area to ensure Sustainability Agenda integration into business planning processes, strategies and priorities, leadership behaviors and company delivering the Vision of Sustainable Growth;.

  Education Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

  Fluency in English-Spanish, Portuguese desirable

  Related Work Experience:

  Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sustainability / ESG areas with robust impact and results achieved. Proved knowledge and experience with Sustainability / ESG related subjects.

  Functional Skills:

  Knowledge of sustainability strategies, kpis and management tools preferably regarding circular economy, water, agriculture, economic empowerment and climate themes.

  Articulation, engagement and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.

  Strong ability to work agilely in different teams, both inside & outside of the company.
