Description:

　　The Plant Manager has overall responsibility for the safe and effective operation of the plant areas including manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance, utilities, and the QC laboratory.

　　-The Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring safe working conditions and practices for all plant employees.

　　-Assists the Production Staff in maintaining organization of Plant and personnel operations which includes but is not limited to scheduling, discipline, procedures, and production matters.

　　-Effectively leads and supervises all Plant operations managers.

　　-Manage the Plant to ensure that all federal, state, and local environmental and OSHA regulations are followed in the plant operations.

　　-Manage the Maintenance Department to ensure effective use of plant equipment.

　　-Coordinate equipment and process changes in the various departments.

　　-Responsible for after-hours and weekend operations and security of the plant equipment and process.

　　-Maintain good employee morale and working environment; promptly and professionally handle personnel matters as needed.

　　-Serve as an effective communicator between company management and plant personnel.

　　-Maintain records and make submissions of management for capital appropriations requests.

　　-Manage the plant budget for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.

　　-Sufficiently manage multiple projects at one time, prioritize, and develop action plans to accomplish goals within deadlines.

　　-Demonstrate professional communication skills, verbally and in writing.

　　-Regularly prepares and maintains reports and records.

　　-Must be able to move about the premises to access all areas for sufficient supervision.

　　-Manage continuous training to maintain general knowledge of safety standards, policies, procedures, and processes including required CPR/First Aid certification, -Respirator Fit test, Physical exam, Emergency Response Plan, Spill Prevention Plan, and all other requirements

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　-BS (Chemistry, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering).

　　-5 years experience of operations or production experience.
