About Gas Storage Plant Coordinator

  JOB SUMMARY:The Gas Storage Plant Coordinator assists in a variety of responsibilities at the CINGSA gas storage site, including supporting management in preparing budgets, outlooks, presentations, and the operations/maintenance of the CINGSA facility. This position also provides data analysis to support CINGSA Operations and projects.

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  Assist in the preparation of CINGSA budgeting and forecasting models, including monthly projections and data analysis for Operations.Assist and maintain data related to CINGSA operations, including variance reports and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects. Research and reports factors that may impact project success.Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiencies.Perform tasks associated with CINGSA construction projects including contract preparation, material procurement, project accounting, and records management.Able to work effectively across all departments.Performs work, pertaining to operations, maintenance, and emergency response functions, as required by Plant Operator duties at CINGSA.Assist with upkeep and continuing operation of the CINGSA facility.Must be available for on call duties.Work overtime and night shift; be on call as required.Perform additional duties as assigned.Participate in training as required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  Associates degree in Business or a related field, preferred or relative job experience.Experience with data analyses, project management, contract administration and financial/budget forecasting.One-year gas processing experience or equivalent preferred.Operational and maintenance experience in gas compression, dehydration, pipelines, gas well equipment preferred.Must reside within 30 minutes' drive time from CINGSA plant site (Soldotna-Kenai area).Must possess a valid driver's license and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the ENSTAR's Driving Policy.Ability to pass a background, past employment, credit, drug, and driving record screening.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management, staff, and contractors and exhibit a professional manner.Detail oriented; superior organizational, information management, and follow-up skills.Organizational, quantitative, and analytical skills including the ability to evaluate data and prepare reports, graphs, tables, and charts.Effective oral and written communication skills.Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.Ability to learn new systems or software packages as necessary.Strong teamwork and project management skills.An understanding of accounting/budgeting policies, procedures, systems, and flow of transactions.Operational and maintenance experience in gas compression, dehydration, pipelines, gas well equipment preferred or possess the ability and desire to learn.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  Must maintain a positive work atmosphere through effective interactions and communications with co-workers, customers and management.Must maintain a safe environment for co-workers, customers and the public through adherence to established safety standards and timely reporting of potential hazards.Must adhere to ENSTAR's policies and procedures related to the code of business ethics, compliance, responsible use of assets, and all applicable state and federal laws.PHYSICAL EFFORT:
