　　Summary of JobReporting to the Lead Maintenance Technician, the Electrician maintains new and existing electrical and electronic equipment within the plant to ensure that equipment and wiring are to code and optimal levels of quality and safety are met.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair electrical /electronic problems on Pregis packaging lines, basic computer networks and accessories/peripheral systems including hardware and software.Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by troubleshooting, repair and if necessary, escalation of ongoing technical issues in a timely manner.Excellent customer relationship skills, utilizing electronic testing equipment, wiring diagrams and applications / tools available on the company's laptop including (Indra works, Siemens, Allen Bradly, and Exor).Install new electrical and electronic equipment and electrical wiring according to the National Electrical Code and company electrical standards.Maintain and repair electrical and electronic systems for Project facilities and equipment.Escalate verbally and via email difficult to solve problems to the technical support group in a timely manner. When necessary, work with the installation team to install and commission new equipment.Perform all work in compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety and environment regulations.Responsible for station lockout/tagout procedures as mandated by company policy.Product knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly verbally and written (internal and external).Help to maintain parts inventories and order parts in emergency situation when required.Complete all paperwork in a timely manner, including time sheets, escalation reports, service reports, online training courses as needed.Regular attendance and timeliness are expected.
