Your role will be to lead onsite communications for Buffalo Stamping Plant including multifaceted strategies involving storytelling, workforce engagement, events, channel management and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll do...
Lead the onsite communications for the Buffalo Stamping Plant multifaceted strategies involving storytelling, workforce engagement, events, signage and other methods Operate as the onsite eyes, ears and voice of the Ford communications team at your plant Act as a liaison between plant, union and corporate leadership and be the first line of communication to the employees Participate in real-time discussions with employees of varying levels and answer their questions Complete monthly listening reports based on employee feedback and opportunities to further engage employees Report on and write articles about events and activities taking place at local plant for company-wide distribution Write, format and distribute internal monthly newsletters Write leadership messages and presentations to address employees with company and location-specific information as needed Disseminate timely information to employees through various internal channels on a consistent basis Manage the local social media group(s) and digital presence, and help employees to engage across various channels Continuous personal development of functional competencies and leadership abilities Work onsite, Monday through Friday
QUALIFICATIONS
You'll have:
Bachelor's degree 1+ years of experience in the communications field

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Premiere and the creativity to generate original content
