Position Purpose: The Plant Associatewill ensure all waste is unloaded from vehicles, the vehicles aredecontaminated, and waste is properly staged for scanning andprocessing. The individual will perform the duties in a safe andproductive manner. Key Job Activities: Unload waste from incomingvehicles. Separates non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated Stage wasteon conveyor system or properly stack waste for scanning in the Biotracksystem Scan waste into the Biotrack system for proper recordkeepingpurposes Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper with waste forprocessing Place reusable containers on tub wash line fordecontamination Operates tub wash unit ensuring the wash unit isoperating properly. Removes clean tubs from wash unit, inspects tubs andstacks for loading onto assigned vehicle for reuse Operates tub washsprayer for oversized reusable tubs ensuring the unit is operatingproperly. Inspects tubs and stacks for loading onto assigned vehicle forreuse Decontaminates vehicles cargo-carrying portion, reloads assignedreusable tubs and ensures cargo-carrying portion of vehicle does nothave free liquid on the floor. Informs plant supervisor the vehicle isready to be moved from dock area Ensures housekeeping issues, e.g.,spills cleaned up, floor is dry, and debris not on floor, etc., areaddressed immediately Perform other duties and responsibilities, asassigned Education: Preferred Education: in High School or EquivalentExperience (North America & LATAM): Ability to communicate effectivelyand understand and follow health and safety directives and performanceand conduct standards, policies and procedures that apply to the roleand...
