　　As an MBA intern on the Worldwide Planning team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning team with data analysis, market trend evaluations, and strategic planning initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective demand forecasting and supply chain optimization by providing insights on Samsara’s business.

　　In this role, you will: 

　　Research and conduct a study to benchmark Telematics market trends, spotlighting competitor offerings and broader macroeconomic indicators & regulations that impact key customers Develop dynamic framework for sales communications for shipment guidelines and expectations Develop framework to evaluate supplier performance around materials & production lead times, capacity and overall capabilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create cost / benefit analyses for ramp and segment rollout timing for New Product Introductions Partner with Inventory Operations to evaluate mid- to long-term cost-saving strategies around management of finished goods inventory Analyze Integrated Business Planning process and surface additional opportunities to leverage systems and streamline work Unlock key insights on company trends by analyzing product mix with new and existing customers Network with high-level stakeholders and leaders of the business Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role:

　　Pursuing MBA or MS in Supply Chain, operations or general management with a program end date in the Spring of calendar year 2025 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including ability to tailor complex subjects to a broad audience 2+ years of relevant work experience Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, G Suite, and other data analysis tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail An ideal candidate also demonstrates:

　　Interest in supply chain management and demand planning Intellectual curiosity with an ability to learn quickly Adaptability and positivity in a rapidly changing environment Aptitude for driving results when given ambiguous information Desire to build relationships with multiple cross-functional teams Experience and drive to engage in complex projects The range of hourly base salary for this position is below. Please note that base hourly pay may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
