　　About the role:

　　The Safety Review Specialist is responsible for tagging and categorizing the safety events of some of Samsara’s biggest customers. Candidates must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, thrive in a highly driven environment, enjoy learning new skills, procedures, and systems, and have an overall desire to contribute to company growth. 

　　This role will require you to work from our Mexico City office as needed to handle support escalations. You must reside within a 1.5 hour commuting distance from the office.

　　In this role, you will: 

　　Organize and maintain our dashboard for up to the date tracking of safety events Report out numbers and trends associated with significant data allowing to see trends over the long term. Develop procedures and SOP’s to help scale the team efficiently Help to train innovative machine learning and artificial intelligence models through identifying and categorizing common safety events from product capture Day to day ownership coding, tagging and maintaining SLA’s of all safety review events Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role:

　　Organized, professional, able to multi-task, and have high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment High-energy, strong initiative and communication skills Exceptional team player 2+ years of experience in a business environment Intermediate Excel experience required An ideal candidate also has:
