Projects will entail piping design and equipment layouts for industrial manufacturing processes.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Project Design lead in determining how to best to meet job requirements.

　　Assists Drafters with questions/issues during performance of project work.

　　Performs basic and complex layouts.

　　Produces new drawings as well as minor drawing checks for accuracy and completeness.

　　Pick-up red marks from check prints and correct drawings as required.

　　Performs detailed dimensional and bill of material check of all drawings.

　　Checks entire job for interferences and constructability.

　　Requirements

　　Technical degree or Certification in Drafting or Piping Design preferred.

　　3+ years of related 3D piping modeling experience in piping design and plant layout.

　　AutoCAD, AVEVA, CADWorx.

　　Strong understanding of various drafting disciplines such as piping, mechanical, and structural.

　　General knowledge and understanding of ASME B31.8, ASME B31.3, NFPA, and various codes and standards required for different types of work.
