  Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

  Urology

  Duluth, MN

  PRACTICE SPECIFICS

  6 Urologists and 4 NP/PA’s

  1:6 weekday call, 1:6 weekend call

  One day off every other week

  Practice includes a broad scope of Urology

  Patient population includes adult and some peds/teens

  Strong commitment to Essentia regional clinics

  Regional outreach clinic 2 days a month

  State of the art Urology Office

  Excellent support staff

  Medical school affiliation

  Student/resident teaching opportunities

  Certified as HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level 7 for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities

  REQUIREMENTS

  BC/BE in Urology

  Special interest in pelvic floor reconstruction or peds would be a plus

  LOCATION

  150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area

  Regional service area: 460,000; Metro population: 125,000
