Community Physician Network , in collaboration with Community Hospital Oncology Physicians, LLC , is seeking a Hematologist (board certified/board eligible) to join our thriving hematology/oncology department which will expand and develop services for stem cell transplant and cellular therapies in Central Indiana.

Desired requirements
BE/BC in Hematology
Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
A minimum of five (5) years clinical experience (beyond training)
Desire to function in a highly collaborative atmosphere
Consistent and consecutive employment and training history
Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
Trained BMT/Stem Cell Transplant
