　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Seeking a Physician Relations Manager like you who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

　　You will:

　　Supervises and manage Physician Relations team and provides assistance in determining appropriate staffing needs

　　Manage chart review process

　　Manage provider rosters and ensure various programs are updated with roster changes.

　　Develop, implement, and manage provider retention plan.

　　Assists market operations team and Finance with physician eligibility of quarter bonus

　　Create and distribute provider-specific memos on behalf of CMO or as needed

　　Prepare Market Medical Director meeting agenda and create meeting minutes as needed.

　　Build strong employee engagement and improves staff retention by coaching and developing employees on Physician Relations team

　　Develops an organizational culture that leads to ongoing excellence and effective growth of the business while maintaining the highest integrity

　　Interviews and hires candidates for open positions

　　Train new staff members
