  Responsibilities:

  Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, creatinga positive first impression.Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuringaccuracy and attention to detail.Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and localattractions.Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in aprompt and professional manner.Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests andensure a seamless guest experience.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.Assist in administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls andhandling reservations.Join our energetic team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creatingmemorable guest experiences in a dynamic and rewarding hospitalityenvironment.   Qualifications

  High school diploma or equivalentPrior cash handling experience necessaryExceptional communication skillsVery good computer skillsAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and holidaysStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in customer service is preferredKnowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plusBenefits
