  Highlights

  Community Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Palliative Medicine Physician to join our compassionate and highly-experienced palliative care team. This full-time position will entail providing patient care and consultative services primarily in the outpatient setting (0.9 FTE), as well as serving in a leadership role (0.1 FTE medical directorship).

  This opportunity includes :

  · A dedicated, compassionate interdisciplinary team

  · Growth opportunity primarily supporting oncology patients within our MD Anderson-affiliated Cancer Center(s)

  Licensure & Certification

  BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
