　　Ascension Medical Group is looking for an Infectious Disease physician for our growin ID practice.

　　Position Highlights:

　　Community-based infectious disease practice with a wide range of cases

　　Practice includes outpatient intravenous antibiotic therapy

　　Well-established hospitalist and intensivist programs in place to support the ID team

　　Infection Control team in place with established protocols

　　• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

　　Education:

　　• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
