About Information Operations Intelligence Integrator

  Amentum is seeking a dynamic and innovative Information Operations Intelligence Integrator to provide research and analysis on the integration of intelligence to information related capabilities, plans and operations in support of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. You would be an excellent candidate for this position if you:

  Are a skilled researcher, able to compile and analyze disparate information, the present clear, comprehensive recommendations for decision-making.

  Have a military operations background with experience integrating intelligence into operational planning.

  ​​ Essential Responsibilities:

  Integrate current intelligence into Information Operations planning by conducting research, both unclassified and classified supporting ongoing and emerging Information Operations concepts and plans, distilling that research into recommendations for integration.

  Provide research and analysis on various pertinent national security policies, military strategies, vulnerability assessments, and threat and intelligence assessments in order to identify areas of concern, inform planning efforts, and develop new Information Operations concepts.

  Provide operational expertise in military operational planning with an emphasis on Information Operations to include Military Information Support Operations, Military Deception, Non-Kinetic targeting, and Electronic Warfare. Contribute to the development of tactics, techniques, and procedures for Information Operations based on intelligence assessments.

  Minimum Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree

  At least 10 years of combined experience working in military operations on an operational staff or at the tactical maneuver level.

  At least 5 years of proven experience integrating intelligence products into operational planning.

  At least 3 years of experience in an information related field, such as information operations, strategic communications, Military Information Support Operations, cyber warfare, or electronic warfare.

  At least 3 years of experience on a senior military staff (Combatant Command, Service Component, Joint Staff)

  At least 3 years of experience supporting operations in the Indo-Pacific AOR.

  Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

  Excellent research skills and the ability to conduct analysis and relate that analysis to operational requirements.

  Knowledge of USINDOPACOM plans, policy, and strategy and an understanding of joint integration linkages to parallel national interests and component command operations.

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint collaborative tools.

  Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications, organizational knowledge management using technology based systems, operational assessment, intelligence collaboration, and joint planning and oversight process.

  Must have an active Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience in coordinating with other Department of Defense (DoD) entities, including the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and USINDOPACOM's Service Components.The salary range for this position is $130K to $160K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
