Practice Description

　　Fairview Health Services is seeking a Same Day Physician Assistant to join our primary care clinic M Health Fairview Clinic – River Falls . Join our multi-specialty practice that is a thriving outpatient practice with a diverse patient mix in regard to age and socioeconomics.

　　Practice Details:

　　13 provider primary care practice.

　　Patient encounters average 20-22 patients per day.

　　Openings: 1.0 FTE (full time - 4 clinical days / week).

　　Income Details:

　　Qualifications

　　Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

　　BC/BE through NCCPA.

　　Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

　　Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

　　Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)

　　Minimum 3 years of Physician Assistant experience preferred
