JOB REQUIREMENTS

　　Education

　　Graduate of accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program. Must be licensed in the State to practice in their respective discipline. Must have high level cognitive and perceptual skills.

　　Experience

　　Minimum of two years experience as a physical or occupational therapist.

　　Physical

　　Lift up to 50 lb. from floor to knuckle occasionally. Lift up to 25 lbs from knuckle to shoulder occasionally. Lift p to 10 lb from knuckle to shoulder frequently. Lift up to 10 lb. overhead occasionally. Pivot transfer up to 200 lb. occasionally. Carry up to 20 lb., 100 feet occasionally. Push/pull up to 75 lb., 500 feet frequently. Stand continuously for up to 2 hours. Use fine hand manipulation bilaterally occasionally. Use heavy grasp bilaterally frequently. Visually acuity corrected to 20/20. Tactile discrimination. Squat frequently. Maintain appropriate body mechanics with all lifting/ pulling/ transferring.

　　The Director of Rehab has the overall direction, utilization, supervision, instruction and evaluation of professional and supportive staff, volunteers, and students utilized in the rehab department. Additionally, the Director of Rehab is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of all rehab patient care programs, plans for providing care, performance improvement programs, and policies and procedures.
