　　Centrex Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapy Assistant to work on-call at the Castle Peak facility located in Eagle, Colorado. Eagle is located in the recreational ski area between Vail and Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The facility has 44 skilled nursing beds and 20 assisted living units. Of the 44 skilled beds, 11 beds will be TCU to address more acute needs.

　　This position and location is eligible for:
