About Physical Therapist - PSMC Acute PT *Regular and Temporary*

  Description

  Develops, coordinates and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners and patient/family. Provides services to inpatients, outpatients and HHC clients and long term care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with hospital standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

  This posting is for two openings of a Physical Therapist at Providence Seward Medical Center in Seward, AK. These are Regular and Temporary positions with the potential to convert to Regular status positions. We are hiring for the following positions in the Acute Physical Therapy Department:

  Physical Therapist - Full-Time Temporary, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week (No Bonus and No Relocation)

  Physical Therapist - Full-Time, Regular, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week ($5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible External hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Relocation Assistance for eligible Internal and External hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment)

  Required Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Physical therapy OR

  Master's Degree in Physical Therapy OR

  Ph.D.in Physical Therapy

  Upon hire: Alaska Physical Therapist License

  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  Preferred Qualifications:
