　　Physical Therapist

　　This is a PRN role.

　　As our Physical Therapist at St. Luke’s Health - Woodlands Hospital, now part of CommonSpirit Health, you’ll help perform physical therapy procedures helping our patients improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease.

　　You’ll build trust in these interactions by developing a plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family while defining lifestyle with measurable long and short term goals.

　　To excel in this role, you must enjoy learning new concepts and researching information in real-time to provide solutions for our patients. You should also continually look for ways to go above and beyond for your patients, delivering an exceptional experience along with exceptional care.

　　The Woodlands Hospital is a 245 bed non-profit facility providing quality health care to patients and communities in and around The Woodlands, Texas. We are part of CommonSpirit Health which operates 139 hospitals and more than 1,000 care sites across 21 states, making our services accessible to nearly 1 in 4 U.S. residents.

　　Responsibilities

　　Performs prevention and wellness services including screenings and health promotions

　　Develop patient plan of care including long and short term goals

　　Perform competency skills testing with respect with patient needs

　　Qualifications

　　Degree in Physical Therapy

　　State Licensure in Physical Therapy (PT)

　　BLS certification - American Heart Association

　　*Graduates eligible for licensure will be considered

　　$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
