Health Advocates Network is hiring a Physical Therapist (2 Years Exp Req) ! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospital located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

　　Travel pay packages up to * $2,042.00 weekly*

　　Local pay rate * $46.00 per hour*

　　Shift: Days (8hrs)

　　Start Date: ASAP

　　Contract length: 12 weeks

　　Physical Therapist (PT) Qualification and Requirements:

　　Graduate of accredited physical therapy program

　　Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in applicable state (CA); Or Compact license.

　　American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers

　　2 years experience within the specialty

　　Additional certifications may be required.
