　　THIS IS AN FULLY ONSITE, FULL TIME POSITION AT OUR HEADQUARTERS IN MAHWAH, NJ

　　We are seeking a customer-focused and empathetic Sales Advocate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Advocate, you will be the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers. A Sales Advocate is responsible for guiding and advising customers about the company's products and services. This would include outbound and inbound calls from prospective customers looking directly for our services.

　　Key Areas of Ownership (but not limited to):

　　Case intake of inbound and outbound hot leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

　　Listening to customer concerns, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

　　Utilize company systems to accurately record and document customer interactions.

　　Provide information about products and services to assist customers.

　　Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.

　　Uphold company standards of customer service excellence

　　Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

　　Continuously develop your skills through training and professional development opportunities.
