JobDescription: Rite-Hite Service Coordinators serve as the key conduitbetween our customers and our sales and service departments. Workingwith customers in an assigned area, the Service Coordinator assistscustomers and sales personnel who call in to request service andschedules and dispatches Service Technicians and contractors to completethe work. In addition, this position is responsible for ordering parts,products, and equipment, coordinating shipment and installation,ensuring accurate invoicing, and reviewing completed jobs and analyzingprofitability. Required Experience: Rite-Hite sells the best, and wehire the best. This position requires a minimum of one year of relatedexperience, prior experience in a field service environment ispreferred.In addition, the Service Coordinator must have good attentionto detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without droppingthe ball.Strong communication and customer service skills are alsoessential.
