　　The position of Criminal Justice Instructor is a Pooled Position and applications will be reviewed on an ongoing, as-needed basis.

　　As the Part-Time Criminal Justice Instructor , you will be committed to facilitating learning using the most up to date pedagogy, technology, and discipline specific knowledge. All faculty are responsible for teaching in all modalities and keeping current in new modalities that develop in higher education. Although facilitating learning is the most important role of the faculty, the needs of learners are also served when faculty are engaged in service to the college and student support activities.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Commensurate with State of Oregon requirements of respective academic and/or technical field:

　　Associate degree or the equivalent

　　At least 3 years of experience

　　Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:

　　A minimum of 3 years community college teaching experience

　　A minimum of five years of verifiable experience related to the field.

　　Online instruction experiences preferred, classroom teaching experience desirable.

　　A bachelor’s degree is preferred for CTE faculty.
