Description
As part of the First Horizon Talent Center of Excellence, the Talent Analytics and Communications Consultant will work across all aspects of Talent to provide insights into all aspects of the talent lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, and talent strategy. In addition to providing analytical insights, this position will provide support for external and internal communications, serving as a liaison with both Corporate Communications and Marketing/Brand to amplify First Horizon as an employer of choice.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
TALENT ANALYTICS
Partner with HRIS on ensuring effective data structuring and management for Talent-related data
Provide reporting, trend analysis, data dashboards and executive summaries to TCoE Managers related to the associate and leader experience and journey. To include, but limited to:
Climate surveys (Associate Value, Leadership Value, Pulse Survey)
Talent Pipeline
Sourcing, Acquisition and Hiring
Time-to-fill
Time-to-hire
Trends in internal hiring needs and priorities
Industry/peer analyses of recruiting activities
Insights on external labor market trends and movement
Talent Acquisition priorities defined by the Talent Acquisition Manager
Onboarding and Career Development surveys
Role time to proficiency
Role time to mastery
All levels of Kirkpatrick Evaluation data, including company impact
Training content usage and return on investment analysis
Quarterly Reports
TCoE Annual Report with Business Impact Data
Development of a Talent Passport/Scorecard leveraging internal data points
Collaboratively work toward a long-term approach to measuring the talent lifecycle, from application and onboarding to exiting and offboarding. Assist in the analysis of technology tools (e.g. UKG, Cornerstone, etc.) to capture and report data.
Assist Talent partners with the design and implementation of learning surveys and provide insights on associate learning and development, as requested by the Talent Strategy and Career Marketplace Manager
Partner with Corporate Communications and TCoE team representatives to identify high-impact stories, complete award applications, etc.
TALENT COMMUNICATIONS
Assist with the creation and design of presentations, internal communications, and intranet websites as desired by the Talent Acquisition and Talent Strategy and Career Marketplace managers and Chief Talent Officer
Provide communications guidance and stylistic support for Talent Acquisition partners related to crafting offer letters and correspondence related to hires and talent needs
As needed by the Talent Acquisition Manager and Chief Talent Officer, partner with Corporate Communications and Marketing on the creation and implementation of email newsletters to applicants who are a part of the First Horizon talent pool in UltiPro
Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, provide strategic guidance on maximizing the use of UltIPro or other recruiting and career development sites, software and applications
Craft graphic design elements related to Talent priorities and partner with Corporate Communications on brand-aligned internal messaging on SharePoint and via email, including the development of an internal newsletter related to job opportunities
Partner with the Talent Strategy and Career Marketplace team to develop a comprehensive TCoE website to include Talent Acquisition/Recruiting site on the Compass, and Career Marketplace site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of experience working with data analysis.
Experience with data visualization software.
Strong understanding of various industries and job roles, with the ability to translate skills across different functions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
