About Phase 2 Coordinator Hickory Hills

　　Hickory Hill is a 100 bed men’s residential recovery center located in Emmalena, KY.This position is responsible for the following:Coordinate, plan, and implement phase 2 program contents.Facilitate phase 2 community.Make referrals to vocational rehabilitation to address employment/education needs.Teach life skills classes.Develop aftercare plans.Maintain client files.Develop community resources for the program which meets client needs.Supervisory responsibilities may be required.REQUIRES: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a Human Service field. CADC or another professional license is preferred. Familiarity with substance abuse issues and/or residential programming preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
