The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes.What you'll be doing:Achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of our pharmacy portfolio which includes disposables, premix and nutritional products and servicesCalling on hospital customers with a primary focus on the pharmacy department, mastering effective sales presentations, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quoting appropriate customer pricesMonitoring sales against forecasts, implementing sales strategies to attain sales volume and participating in the determination of market potential for the territoryWorking closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionProviding customer feedback to immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the potential development of marketing policy, product and pricingPromoting the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activitiesWhat you'll bring:Bachelors Degree with 3+ years experience or 6+ years of relevant experiencePrevious hospital pharmacy sales experience is a plusCandidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skillsPosition requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategiesTravel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnelDemonstrate an eye for business and strong knowledge of sales processesCandidate must live within the TerritoryWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60,000 to $132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
