As a member of the Pharmacy Services team, ourPharmacy Pricing Market Solutions Advisor is responsible fordelivering on critical Plan initiatives focused on customer growth,retention, and revenue. This includes optimization of pricingstrategies, deep understanding of end-to-end assumptions and refinementof data/modeling capabilities across the Health Plan and PharmacyBenefit Manager (PBM). - all in service of creating an economicallysustainable health care system.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.8+ years of experience with a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM),underwriting, financial, reporting, pricing, rebates, and businessdata analysisEquivalent combination of education and experience.Skills and Attributes:

Demonstrated detailed knowledge of PBM pricing and concepts.Excellent business analysis, problem solving and analytical skills.Proficiency and understanding of health plan and PBM underwritingprocesses and healthcare products. Actuarial experience is also aplus.Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills as wellas proficiency in presentation development and delivery.Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and quality.Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, Power BI).What You Will Do at Cambia:

Conduct market research to help inform corporate pharmacy pricingstrategies and market solutions across line of business.Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the highest levelof attention to detailWorks with cross-functional team members and business partners todevelop pharmacy pricing standards, assumptions and strategies.Deliver compelling business cases to drive concepts through ideationto approval to executionAct as a trusted advisor to Sales and other stakeholders to informdevise individual customer retention strategies and renewal quotesAs needed, participate in calls with producers and employer groupsto explain pricingProvide ad hoc training on pharmacy pricing concepts#LI-Remote

The expected hiring range for a Pharmacy Pricing Market SolutionsAdvisor is $99,500 - $134,600 depending on skills, experience,education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; andperformance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. Thecurrent full salary range for this role is $93,000 - $153,000.#LI-remote
