　　Vibra Hospital of Fargo, located in Fargo, ND, is a 31 bed Critical CareHospital, providing acute care services to patients recovering from seriousillnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical careservices for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectiousdiseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputationand ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer anopportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where youreally get to know your patients and their families.

　　Responsibilities

　　Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, performs a widevariety of technical and clerical duties related to the hospital drugdistribution system. Duties would include filling physician orders bypreparing and distributing medications, including intravenous admixtures andextemporaneous drug preparations, maintaining the drug inventory, andmaintaining confidential patient records. May participate in the hospitalAntibiotic Stewardship Program with a focus on patient safety and publichealthRequired Skills:High school graduate or equivalent required.Pharmacy Student meeting the Board of Pharmacy requirements to function as aPharmacy Technician in the state of employment required.Valid driver's license necessary in states with multiple facilitiesrequiring delivering to sites.Additional Qualifications/Skills:Six (6) months experience in a hospital pharmacy preferred.Ability to project a professional image.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in theworkplace.Benefits
