About the role:

The Partner Development Manager (PDM) will be responsible for incubating, enhancing, and managing the Digital GTM partner ecosystem. This role focuses on developing and executing joint Go-To-Market (GTM) programs with assigned alliance partners, supplementing Iron Mountain’s direct market operations in the region.

The PDM will act as a regional leader, aligning with customer needs, industry verticals, and technology services, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and partner success.

Your Role in Our Mission: 1. Partner Relationship Management Business Development:

Develop and manage relationships with regional and global Digital GTM partners.

Conduct market research on assigned international geographies and industry verticals to strengthen partner GTM strategies.

Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners through the Digital Partner onboarding process.

2. Solution Go-To-Market Strategy:

Collaborate with product engineering, marketing, and solution hub teams to develop joint-branded offerings.

Design GTM acceleration models that deliver incremental value to partners and customers.

Build an extended sales and execution engine through partners to supplement Iron Mountain’s direct-to-market approach.

3. Marketing Campaign Execution:

Conceptualize and execute joint marketing campaigns using digital and traditional formats (e.g., roadshows, customer events).

Define success metrics and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.

4. Account Planning Business Growth:

Develop multi-year plans with partners and monitor execution through periodic business reviews.

Take end-to-end ownership of partner revenue growth and margins.

Support Digital Partner leadership in executing global programs.

5. Partner Customer Engagement:

Ensure proactive communication with partners, including issue resolution, operational reviews, and strategic meetings.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, providing executive updates and newsletters on partner GTM activity.

What Excites Us:

✅ Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics with a strong interest in Information Technology and Digital Solutions.✅ Experience:

Up to 10 years in the IT/Technology industry, with at least 3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Alliances.

Proven experience in handling GTM strategy, partner ecosystems, and exceeding sales targets.

Experience managing technology and commercial GTM partnerships at a regional level.

Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and emerging technology trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (English).

Strong strategic planning, relationship management, and business development expertise.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative GTM strategies.

Effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
