　　Location : This pharmacy serves the local community Mountain Cares Pharmacy. You will be working at Pharmacy Address: 2010 Magazine St., New Orleans, LA 70130, OR, will be working at 3221 General De Gaulle Dr. #6708, New Orleans, LA 70114

　　Hours : Mondays to Fridays from 8 am to 5:30 pm

　　As a Pharmacy Clerk at Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of one of the most patient-impactful and growing areas of healthcare while working a schedule that allows for work-life harmony. With the support of the pharmacy team, you’ll contribute to the overall well-being of a local community, ensuring patients receive the medication and information they need.

　　Provide personalized customer service for patients through in-person and phone communication, active listening, and directing customer questions to the right person on the pharmacy team; help patients navigate stress with calm, ease, and guidance.

　　Create a seamless experience for customers by accurately operating and maintaining the point-of-sales system, prescription bins, and the storage and shipping of medications. This role's duties may comprise of mostly packing and shipping logistics.

　　What You’ll Bring:

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　High School diploma or GED.

　　One year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare/Medical Office environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Packing/Shipping Systems (FedEx, UPS, etc.) knowledge/ experience.

　　Interested in being a Certified Pharmacy Technician / currently interest to obtain CPhT.

　　Career growth mind set to obtain CPhT.

　　Bilingual (English/Spanish)

　　Work Environment and Physical Demands:

　　Enjoy a friendly, relaxed environment; this is a not a big-box retail atmosphere.

　　This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.

　　While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

　　Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes.
