　　Summary:

　　The Department of Radiology is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Radiologist to join our team at HealthAlliance Hospital in Kingston, NY. The candidate must have an active NYS medical license or be eligible to obtain one.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Oversee all clinical operations in the Department of Radiology.

　　Devise and implement a Quality Assurance/Quality improvement program for the Department of Radiology.

　　Develop a strategic plan for the Department of Radiology and provide direction for the development of new clinical programs in the Department of Radiology.

　　Assure the Department of Radiology meets all regulatory requirements.

　　Select and supervise the radiologists and other providers in the Department of Radiology.

　　Assist in the selection of new equipment in the Department of Radiology.

　　Develop an excellent working relationship with referring services at HAHV to assure optimal interdepartmental communication and feedback.

　　Work closely with administration at HAHV and the Network Director of Radiology to assure optimal imaging services are provided 24/7/365.

　　Participate in departmental educational activities as needed.

　　Provide clinical imaging services as needed.
