　　The Registered Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care to all patient age groups, including geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric and neonatal patients,

　　The position is responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of both the prescribing and effectiveness of all medications and IV admixtures,

　　The registered Pharmacist also provides, when needed, clinical services such as patient counseling, education, consults, and Medication Therapy Management,

　　The position is also responsible for identifying and reporting hazardous environments or safety issues and medical errors to appropriate personnel,

　　The position is also responsible for any other assigned tasks, as appropriate,

　　Education, Training, Certification, Licensure: BA/BS in Pharmacy,

　　NJ Pharmacy License,

　　One year current pharmacy experience, preferably in hospital,

　　Pharm,D,degree and residency training preferred,
