Introduction
A fortune 10 pharmaceutical and medical solutions company in Irving, Texas is seeking call center professionals for an upcoming contract. This position the opportunity to work for one of the biggest pharmaceutical and medical providers in the country.
What We're Looking For
1+ years of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical setting.
Prior knowledge of HIPAA regulations desirable
Highly organized and professional with excellent internal and external communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office a minimum, familiarity with other information management systems highly desirable
High school diploma
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide solutions to health care providers, patients and other internal customers.
Coordinating and scheduling patient initial and refill shipments.
Contacting patients and gathering essential information for coordination of shipment of prescription
Overseeing scheduling and delivery of medical supplies and equipment
Maintaining patient records accurately and completely
Following all applicable government regulations including HIPPA and compliance regulations
Complete all necessary paperwork forms and records according to policy
Hours and Days
This position is expected to be fully on-site . Shifts vary: 9:00am-5:30pm, 9:30am to 6:00pm, 10:00am to 6:30 pm or 10:30am to 7:00pm. Shift preferences will be considered but accommodations cannot always be guaranteed.
