Description

　　Talented and eager candidates are encouraged to apply to this permanent role with one of Robert Half's clients for a Bookkeeper position. This is a fully on site position with standard business hours. Self-driven and organized professionals will thrive in this role and should apply immediately. This Bookkeeper role will be located in the Macedonia, Ohio area and will be a permanent position.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Monthly Closing processes: work with an outside CPA, will work hand in hand in some processes

　　Inventory management – completing counts, comparison to book inventory, and coordination with auditors for the annual audit

　　Billing

　　AR/AP

　　Assisting with projects as assigned

　　Day to day office management

　　Tax understanding – be able to assist as needed

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping knowledge

　　Attention to detail

　　Strong communication skills – communicating with staff and customers

　　Said someone with a production/inventory understanding would be a huge asset

　　Quickbooks – Not a must but would be nice

　　Excel - Intermediate
