　　As a Pet Nutrition Data & Analytics Masters Intern, these are some examples of the types of projects you may take on during the summer:

　　Work alongside product owner/manager to understand the business problem and map out how analytics solutions will be implemented to deliver valueMap out existing business processes and constraints and design new processes that utilize analytical solutions or insightsFocus the team on value creation and customer alignment, especially product ownersManage agile dashboard and coordinate agile artifacts delivery, incl. technology and business value deliverablesSupport product owner in designing roll-out plan, developing training materials, and adapting implementation for local contextCreate and execute against project plan to answer a key business question through advanced analytic approaches such as: problem definition, literature review, data investigation and cleansing, model development, model generalization, and model deployment.

　　We are looking for insatiably curious, adaptable students with a drive for results, a desire to learn, and the ability to build relationships quicklyDesired master's majors include Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Consumer Behavior, Sales & Marketing, or related fieldWe are looking for students who have quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, the ability to translate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, practicality and effectiveness in implementing solutions, and familiarity with business contextThe Mars Data & Analytics internship opportunities will be located in our headquarters office in Franklin, TN (Metro Nashville). We operate in a flexible work environment with some days a week working from the office and others from homeEligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation dateOpen to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employmentEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening
