The Pest Control Technician serves customers by evaluating and diagnosing pest problems, determining appropriate treatment plans, communicating those plans to customers, and executing the strategies to ensure pest problems are dealt with quickly, safely, and effectively the first time. As the frontline representative of Pestmaster Services, the Pest Control Technician acts professionally and with sound judgement to solve customer challenges and strengthen customer relationships. Protects homes, businesses, and the surrounding environment from unwanted bugs using state-of-the-art technology and pest management best practices. Provides a high degree of customer service before, during, and after the completion of pest management services using clear and respectful communication. Answers customer questions related to products and technology used during services. Builds relationships with customers to receive referrals and increase business opportunities. Completes service documentation accurately and maintains organized records. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in Pest Management.
