Responsibilities Essential Duties &Responsibilities Pest Control - Conduct inspections to determine thesource of pest activity. Select and build a solution of products andservices to remedy pest presence. Perform pest treatments and installproducts to create a pest-free environment. Operate and maintain servicevehicles and equipment. Customer Experience - Build customerrelationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior duringservice visits. Listen to customer needs and offer solutions to pestissues and recommend appropriate services to resolve customer concerns.Identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that willprovide value to the customer. Continuous Learning - Becomeknowledgeable in the array of available Batzner Pest Control productsand services through provided, paid training. Stay current on the latestdevelopments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest controlindustry. Participate in employer-provided training on new methods,products, and services in the Batzner Pest Control range of pest controlsolutions. Obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required byfederal, state, and local regulations funded by Batzner Pest Control.Position Requirements Successfully meet pre-employment background screenPossess a valid driver\'s license and undergo motor vehicle drivingrecord check Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as neededEducation & Experience High school diploma or GED Customer-facingexperience preferred Other Skills, Attributes, and AbilitiesDemonstrated attention to detail Demonstrated verbal and writtencommunication skills Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in thearea of pest control Comfortable with self-directed working conditionsafter a training period Qualifications Why Choose Rentokil?
