Minimum Education:

Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills:

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:

Required: PCA certificate of completion AND VA State Medication Aide LicenseRequired: First Aid (New hires have 30 days to obtain)Required: CPR/AED Certification
