Description:

　　The Manufacturing Engineer will be play a key role in supporting the Manufacturing lines as well as other project support. This individual will be supporting key responsibilities such as.

　　• Partner with operations, RD&I, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions to drive improvements

　　• Support of fabrication and assembly operations focused on improving Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost

　　• Work closely with production supervisors, team leads, and production employees to perform problem solving and root cause analysis

　　• Lead continuous improvement projects aligned to lean manufacturing principles

　　• Lead cost reductions and yield improvements with delivery partners

　　• Utilize sound project management tools for complex projects and key initiatives

　　• Improve equipment capability and reliability

　　Strong Understanding of Lean, SPC, and Process Capabilities

　　Intermediate Level
