This Contract Administrator job, which is long-term contract / temporary, is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

　　Responsibilities

　　Conduct contract execution processes

　　Look over contracts thoroughly to ensure completeness

　　Carry out company contract execution policy and procedures

　　Add contract details into company database

　　Develop precise contractual provisions and administering contract proposals

　　Compromise with clients on terms of agreements

　　Handle both internal and external requests for status of contracts

　　Manage and maintain contracts database

　　Run reports from the contracts database as needed

　　Lead the complete life cycle of company contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

　　Expedite and follow the approval and execution process Requirements - Contract administration experience

　　Knowledge of contract law

　　Deep understanding of Contract Management

　　Licensed Attorney experience preferred

　　Eagerness to learn new concepts

　　Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

　　Excellent knowledge of diverse computer applications

　　Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

　　Exceptional organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines

　　Relevant experience in the specific field or related area

　　Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
