As an Associate Banker, you will:

As an Associate Banker, you will have an opportunity to meet and provideexceptional service to a diverse audience. This will include responsibilityfor a variety of tasks including introducing clients to new products,services and digital solutions. You will be responsible for processing accounttransactions, while assisting clients and working towards individual andbanking center specific sales and service goals. Additionally, AssociateBankers are expected to assist other departments as needed, build a greatrapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others withrespect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent

Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experienceBilingual language skillsPassionate and motivated self-starterA passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologiesavailable at the bankStrong work ethic and ability to complete work accuratelyAbility to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sounddecisionsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyCapacity to work with multiple computer and software systemsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
